This series of coal machine has a simple structure and is divided into five parts: machine body, rotation, feeding, stamping and conveying. All parts cooperate with each other, and the operation is coordinated and stable.

1. The body part of the briquette machine: It is composed of a table plate and a base, which becomes the skeleton entity of the machine.

2. The driving part of the briquette machine: It is composed of motor, belt pulley, gear, transmission shaft and other components. The motor rotates the gear shaft through the pulley and transmits it to the drive shaft through two gears, and drives the dial through a pair of bevel gears and the rotating shaft, and the dial is turned to the four-hole plate to move.

3. The feed part of the briquettes machine: consists of a rotating shaft, a hopper, and a stirrer. The stirrer is moved by an axial gear to stir the coal and fill it into the mold cylinder.

4. The stamping part of the briquette machine mainly consists of four sliding rods, sliding beams, punches, punch seats, punches, movable pressure plates, movable die bottoms, and springs. When the machine rotates by the rotation of two gears, the sliding beam is driven by the pull rod. When the punch goes down, the punch is forced to move down, and the movable plate moves up and the spring is tightened. It is determined by compacting the movable platen and compacting the coal.

5. The conveying part of briquettes machine is composed of conveying frame, belt pulley, bracket and conveying belt. The conveyor belt rotates randomly to send the coal formed out of the machine body, and the adjustable screws on the conveyor frame can adjust the tightness of the conveyor belt.
