Product Introduction
T6004-1 is formulated with a variety of additives, such as efficient rush cold agent ,antioxidant, brightening agent and antirust agent.The maximum cooling rate can reach 100 ℃ / s in oils,and it is very suitable for fast and over speed quenching oil.The product has properties of long life,
less carbon sediment,good bright performance,good cooling performance,light color and light smell.etc.It is also especially applicable to light color quenching oil which is in need of maximum cooling rate.

Packing & Storage
This product should be operated as SH/T0164 during the storage,loading and unloading and oil blending. The highest temperature should not exceed 75 ℃,during long-term storage, the highest temperature should not be more than 45 ℃.This product is non-flammable, non-explosive and non-corrosive.In terms of safety, environmental protection and application, it is the same as general petroleum products, there is no need for special protection.
The product is packed in 200 liter metal drum,(Net weight is 170kg/drum).

Q1. What is your terms of packing?
A: Generally, we pack our goods in neutral white boxes and brown cartons. If you have legally registered patent,
we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.

A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages
before you pay the balance.
Q3. What is your terms of delivery?
A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU.
Q4. How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, it will take 30 to 60 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends
on the items and quantity of your order.
Q5. Can you produce according to the samples?
A: Yes, we can produce according to your samples or technical dates. We can build the molds and fixtures.
Q6. What is your sample policy?
A: We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers have to pay the sample cost and
the courier cost.
Q7. Do you test all your goods before delivery?
A: Yes, we will do 100% test before delivery.
