What Is Sawdust Briquette Charcoal?

Sawdust Briquette Charcoal is a charcoal made from raw and natural hardwood sawdust . Going through a process of compressing and burning in a kiln for 7 - 9 days without oxygen, Sawdust Briquette results in a high and density charcoal which is excellent for BBQ grilling and cooking.

Why Is It Different?

Unlike other charcoals on the market (such as pillow/cylinder briquettes), Sawdust Briquette Charcoal does not contain any additives, starch or chemicals to bind the sawdust together. Instead, it binds with Lignin, a raw material that is naturally present in wood. This fact is instrumental in allowing the charcoal to burn without giving off any odor and toxic chemicals.

It produces little smoke and ash, and cooks food more evenly when compared against lump charcoal.
