Description
GALX-886A is an highly efficient VII(Viscosity Index Improver)-type pour point depressant with light color, excellent pour point depressing effect and good low-temperature performance, GALX-886A can also greatly increase viscosity index. GALX-886A can be used in aviation hydraulic oils, hydraulic transmission oils, gear oils, hydraulic oils with low pour point and multigrade internal combustion engine oils with higher VII and good low-temperature performance.

Product Applications

When use as VII, the dosage should be 1%-5%
When use as PPD, the dosage should be 0.1%-1.0%

Keep the temperature not higher than 75°C. For long-term storage the suggested temperature is lower than 45°C. The dry, clean and ventilating warehouse is recommended.Its shelf life is 2 years. 3.This product is non-flammable, non-explosive, and non-corrosive, it does not need special protection. We can also pack the goods based on the clients' requirements, the recommended packing can be chosen as follows.

Q2: How do you control your product quality?
First, we are picking and testing samples from every step through the whole production lines, and there are several different inspectors to test the samples to guarantee the correct data.
Second, we have our own Q&C center to pick up and keep the samples from every batch in order to trace the quality when our clients have questions.
Third, the third part can be also acceptable for choosing.

Q3. What is your MOQ?
For lubricant additives, our MOQ is 4 drums loaded on one pallet.
For base oils, our MOQ is 1 FCL with the packing based on clients’ requirements
For car care products and lubricant, our MOQ is usually one package or 1 FCL

Q4. What is your term of packing?
For lubricant additives, our packing is usually 200L metal drum, other packings such IBC tank can be also provided according to clients’ needs.
For base oils, regular packing can be drums, IBC tanks, flexi bags and full ships.

Q5. What is your payment term?
T/T in advance, L/C is acceptable.
And our regular payment term is that T/T 30% as the deposit, and 70% against the photos for the accomplishment of the productions and packages before the delivery.
