Description
PIBSA (PIBSA is short for Polyisobutylene Succinic Anhydride) is a lubricant additive intermediate prepared from high reactive polyisobutylene (Mn=1000) by thermal adduction process. The ashless dispersant produced from PIBSA possesses fine detergency and excellent low temperature sludge dispersibility.

1.The product is packed in 200L metal drum.( Net weight : 170kg/drum),suitable for all means of transportation. 2.Storage: Please refer to SH/T0164, for transportation, storage and oil blending. Keep the temperature not higher than 75°C. For long-term storage the suggested temperature is lower than 45°C. The dry, clean and ventilating warehouse is recommended.Its shelf life is 2 years. 3.This product is non-flammable, non-explosive, and non-corrosive, it does not need special protection. We can also pack the goods based on the clients' requirements, the recommended packing can be chosen as follows.

Q1. Are you a manufacturer?
Yes, Shenzhen Trass Lubrication New Material Co.,Ltd. is a high-tech comprehensive manufacturer integrated with R&D, production
and sales. It is the largest and strongest producer in the South of China.

Q2: How do you control your product quality?
First, we are picking and testing samples from every step through the whole production lines, and there are several different inspectors to test the samples to guarantee the correct data.
Second, we have our own Q&C center to pick up and keep the samples from every batch in order to trace the quality when our clients have questions.
Third, the third part can be also acceptable for choosing.

Q3. What is your MOQ?
For lubricant additives, our MOQ is 4 drums loaded on one pallet.
For base oils, our MOQ is 1 FCL with the packing based on clients’ requirements
For car care products and lubricant, our MOQ is usually one package or 1 FCL

Q4. What is your term of packing?
For lubricant additives, our packing is usually 200L metal drum, other packings such IBC tank can be also provided according to clients’ needs.
For base oils, regular packing can be drums, IBC tanks, flexi bags and full ships.

Q5. What is your payment term?
T/T in advance, L/C is acceptable.
And our regular payment term is that T/T 30% as the deposit, and 70% against the photos for the accomplishment of the productions and packages before the delivery.

Q6. What is your term of delivery?
EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, CIP

Q7. How about your delivery time?
Within 10 days after PO and receipt of your payment.
The specific delivery time will depend on the items and quantity of your order.
