The combustion point of methane is between 640 ℃ and 840℃, and the mixing ratio of methane and air is 1/120 ~ 1/7 when it is ignited by fire under closed conditions. Therefore, it can be used to make internal combustion machine work. The theoretical combustion temperature of biogas is 1807.2 ~ 1945.5℃. Due to the mixed carbon dioxide gas in the biogas, the flame propagation speed is low, so in the internal combustion engine It has good anti-explosion effect.

Working principle and advantages of single-fuel biogas generator:

The mixture of air and biogas is compressed in the cylinder, which is burned by spark plug and reciprocated motion of the piston to the power, then connect the generator to generate electricity.
